Paulina Rubio would begin her music career at a very young age when she began to take singing lessons, acting lessons, and dance lessons when she was a student at what was called the Centro de Educacion Artistica in Mexico. She would later join a band at the age of six with other children in the center. Shortly after, she would begin performing as a child in many children pop rock groups that were sweeping across the country of Mexico and eventually go on to be one of Mexico's most recognized artists of the pop rock culture.
