The Latin singer and songwriter known as Marc Anthony would be born in the big city of New York in 1968 to a housewife and a musician who was also a laborer in a hospital cafeteria. He would become one of the leading singers and songwriters of the Latin community and bring his sound and style to fans across the globe. He would start singing at a young age but go on to find a career with major record labels later on in life. Beginning as a backup vocalist, he would eventually release his first full length studio album in 1988.
