The town of Vicenza Italy is not known for producing country music singers in the United States although in the case of Jessie James this would not be the case. She would be born in April of 1988 on a military base but move to the town of Warner Robins in the state of Georgia in the late 1990's. In order to further her music career and song writing, she would make trips to the city of Nashville Tennessee as well as produce a few demos to release to the producers in the town.
