The group that call themselves Duelo would form in the town of Roma Texas with their brand of Mexican music that would propel them into the world of Latin music and gain them the attention of many fans as well as members in the music community. The group would start off playing in very small venues to afford themselves the opportunities to play in larger arenas and would gain a solid fan base throughout the state of Texas as well as in the country of Mexico.
